1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Roshan Mustaqbil Institute (“RMI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, enrolling in any of our programs, courses, workshops, or training sessions, whether delivered online or in person, you (“Student”, “Participant”, or “User”) confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of our services and platforms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Roshan Mustaqbil Institute.

Roshan Mustaqbil Institute is a Pakistan-based educational organization dedicated to empowering youth and professionals through high-quality training programs in entrepreneurship, digital skills, vocational education, and personal development. Our programs are designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world career readiness.

RMI operates through its official website, mobile platforms, physical campuses, and authorized partner institutions.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in RMI programs and use our platforms, you must meet the following requirements:

4. Enrollment and Registration

4.1 Account Registration

Certain services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify RMI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and enrollment. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

4.3 Non-Transferability

Enrollments, accounts, and course access are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your access to any third party.

5. Fees, Payments, and Financial Terms

5.1 Program Fees

Program fees are clearly stated at the time of enrollment. Fees may vary by program, batch, delivery mode (online/in-person), and any applicable early-bird or scholarship arrangements. RMI reserves the right to revise fees at any time, provided that enrolled students will not be affected by fee changes during their current enrollment period.

5.2 Payment Schedule

Fees must be paid by the deadlines communicated at the time of enrollment. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension of access to course materials or termination of enrollment.

5.3 Refund Policy

All fees paid to RMI are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, except in the following limited circumstances:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method. No refunds will be issued for partial completion of a program.

5.4 Scholarships and Financial Assistance

RMI may offer merit-based or need-based scholarships. Scholarship terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria will be communicated separately and are subject to change at RMI’s sole discretion.

6. Student Conduct and Academic Integrity

Electronic communications, including emails sent to or from RMI, are considered valid written communications. You consent to receive service-related communications from RMI electronically.

10. Certification and Assessments

Certificates of completion or achievement will only be issued upon full satisfaction of the program’s requirements, including attendance, assessments, and any practical components.

RMI certificates are issued for educational purposes only. RMI makes no guarantee that its certificates will fulfill requirements for government licenses, employment, or admission to other institutions. Students are advised to verify the acceptance of RMI certifications with relevant bodies prior to enrollment.

RMI reserves the right to revoke any certificate issued on the basis of fraud, academic dishonesty, or misrepresentation.

11. Modifications to Terms and Programs

RMI reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updates will be posted on the official RMI website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of RMI’s services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

RMI also reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or discontinue any program, course, or session at its discretion. In case of cancellation by RMI, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an equivalent program.

RMI’s programs and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While RMI strives for accuracy and quality, it does not warrant that:

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of jurisdiction in Pakistan.
