1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Roshan Mustaqbil Institute (“RMI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, enrolling in any of our programs, courses, workshops, or training sessions, whether delivered online or in person, you (“Student”, “Participant”, or “User”) confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of our services and platforms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Roshan Mustaqbil Institute.

Roshan Mustaqbil Institute is a Pakistan-based educational organization dedicated to empowering youth and professionals through high-quality training programs in entrepreneurship, digital skills, vocational education, and personal development. Our programs are designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world career readiness.
RMI operates through its official website, mobile platforms, physical campuses, and authorized partner institutions.
3. Eligibility
To enroll in RMI programs and use our platforms, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 13 years of age. Individuals between 13 and 18 years of age must have the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You must not have been previously suspended or removed from RMI programs.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Pakistani law.
RMI reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse enrollment or terminate access where eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Enrollment and Registration
4.1 Account Registration
Certain services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify RMI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and enrollment. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
4.3 Non-Transferability
Enrollments, accounts, and course access are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your access to any third party.
5. Fees, Payments, and Financial Terms
5.1 Program Fees
Program fees are clearly stated at the time of enrollment. Fees may vary by program, batch, delivery mode (online/in-person), and any applicable early-bird or scholarship arrangements. RMI reserves the right to revise fees at any time, provided that enrolled students will not be affected by fee changes during their current enrollment period.
5.2 Payment Schedule
Fees must be paid by the deadlines communicated at the time of enrollment. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension of access to course materials or termination of enrollment.
5.3 Refund Policy
All fees paid to RMI are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, except in the following limited circumstances:
- RMI cancels a program or batch prior to its commencement.
- A documented medical emergency prevents participation, subject to RMI’s review and approval of supporting documentation.
- A written request for withdrawal is received at least 7 calendar days before the official start date of the program.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method. No refunds will be issued for partial completion of a program.
5.4 Scholarships and Financial Assistance
RMI may offer merit-based or need-based scholarships. Scholarship terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria will be communicated separately and are subject to change at RMI’s sole discretion.
6. Student Conduct and Academic Integrity
6.1 Code of Conduct
All students are expected to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and integrity. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation of fellow students, faculty, or staff.
- Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or fabrication of work.
- Disruption of classes, workshops, or online learning environments.
- Unauthorized recording or distribution of course content, lectures, or sessions.
- Use of RMI platforms for any illegal, defamatory, or harmful purpose.
6.2 Consequences of Misconduct
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the program at RMI’s sole discretion. No refund will be issued in cases of removal for misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through RMI’s programs and platforms, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, video lectures, assessments, training manuals, guides, logos, graphics, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Roshan Mustaqbil Institute or its licensed content providers.
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes during the period of their enrollment. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any course content in any format.
- Create derivative works based on RMI content.
- Share, sell, license, or sublicense any materials to any third party.
- Use RMI’s name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of RMI’s intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws of Pakistan.
8. Online Platforms and Communication Services
8.1 Platform Use
RMI may provide access to digital learning platforms, student portals, forums, group chats, and communication tools. Use of these platforms is governed by these Terms and any additional platform-specific guidelines.
8.2 Acceptable Use
When using RMI communication services, you agree not to:
- Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, illegal, or harmful content.
- Share content that infringes on any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Spam, advertise commercial products/services, or conduct surveys without permission.
- Upload files containing viruses, malware, or any harmful software.
- Harvest personal data, including email addresses of other users.
8.3 Monitoring
RMI reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and remove any content posted on its platforms that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community guidelines, without prior notice.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
RMI is committed to protecting the privacy of its students and users. By using RMI’s services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in RMI’s Privacy Policy.
RMI may share data with authorized third-party service providers where necessary to deliver program services, provided such parties are bound by appropriate data protection obligations. RMI will not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
Electronic communications, including emails sent to or from RMI, are considered valid written communications. You consent to receive service-related communications from RMI electronically.
10. Certification and Assessments
Certificates of completion or achievement will only be issued upon full satisfaction of the program’s requirements, including attendance, assessments, and any practical components.
RMI certificates are issued for educational purposes only. RMI makes no guarantee that its certificates will fulfill requirements for government licenses, employment, or admission to other institutions. Students are advised to verify the acceptance of RMI certifications with relevant bodies prior to enrollment.
RMI reserves the right to revoke any certificate issued on the basis of fraud, academic dishonesty, or misrepresentation.
11. Modifications to Terms and Programs
RMI reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updates will be posted on the official RMI website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of RMI’s services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
RMI also reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or discontinue any program, course, or session at its discretion. In case of cancellation by RMI, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an equivalent program.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
RMI’s programs and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While RMI strives for accuracy and quality, it does not warrant that:
- All program content will be error-free or up-to-date at all times.
- Participation in RMI programs will guarantee employment or any specific career outcome.
- The platforms will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services, including loss of income, business opportunity, or data.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
RMI’s platforms may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not imply any endorsement by RMI. RMI has no control over third-party content and accepts no responsibility for any loss or harm arising from use of third-party services.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of RMI’s services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation and good faith dialogue.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of jurisdiction in Pakistan.
